Engine / Modifications:

added 4 cylinders to make 8!
5.0 Ford v-8/ Canfield ported aluminum heads/Roller Rockers/headers/mild cam (off idle to 6200rpm)/quadrajet mounted backwards/ Onboard Air.

Transmission / Transfer Case:

c6 with extra clutch in forward drum and 3rd gear drum......kevlar 2nd band with aftermarket K arm for %50 more holding pressure.....Transgo reprogramming kit......Heavy duty converter 1800 stall.... Trans should be good to 500 + hp in current form. Bw 1356 Doubler with NP 205 twinsticked.

Front axle (gears, locker/posi, etc.):

Dana 60 HP/ 5.38 gears/ air locker

Rear axle (gears, locker/posi, etc.):

14 bolt/ welded/ shaved 2"/ 5.38 gears

Suspension (lift, shocks, etc.):

Rear is Upper triangulated 4-link (250 lb Qa1 coils 14")

Front is Qa1 Coils with 4-link with (300 lb 14" Qa1 coils)

Tires and Wheels (size, make, etc.):

38.5" TSL SX on H1 rims with rock gards and cut down magnesium runflats.

Winch:

Warn 8274 off of ebay for $150

Bumpers, nerf bars, skidplates, etc.:

Home made bumper in back and none in front yet/everything tucked up in frame for a belly height of 21"/Onboard Air

Other stuff:

Took rear seat of voyager minivan and put in front of samurai for a 3-seater for my kids and I.

have stuff lying around for onboard welder
