I regularly check out their blem page and know some people that have gotten great deals on tires. Popular tires styles and sizes go very quick so if you see something you better act fast!

Any idea how often that page is updated? I could go for some 33 x 10.5 TSL's but there's only one available. Would it be worth it to buy them up one at a time or would that take ages?

I think the page is updated whenever blems become available, but there is no consistency on what sizes or types of tires come up. If you bought the single tire today there could be more listed tomorrow or you may wait for months and months.

I have been eyeballing some LTBs on the Blema page. Trying to read reviews and understand how guys tend to groove their TSL tires, it looks like the SX2 tire is a factory grooved LTB. Are their other features of the sx2 I'm missing? For the price of a Blem LTB, it seems to be the best bang for the buck.

The LTB and SX2 are the same basic tread pattern with only some minor differences. As mentioned the SX2 has some siping in the tread blocks. However the big difference is in the carcass of the tire as the SX2 has additional reinforcement in the sidewalls and known to be a "tougher" tire. The SX2 also has additional tread that wraps part of the way down the sidewall. You will probably also find that the SX2 is quite a bit more expensive.

Awesome, thanks for the detailed response. Most of my googling has just produced arguments of which is a better tire, not details of why they are different. I did notice the difference in price as well.

Should have mentioned this in my post.........if money was no object I would get the SX series hands down, but since money is a concern I would seriously consider the LTB's because of the price.
