    Transmission question

I have a SM 465 that came from a `79 Blazer. Its got a mechanical clutch and I'd like to convert it to a hydraulic clutch. What will I need. I'm guessing I'd need a bellhousing, slave cylinder, and a few other things to connect it. My main question is did trucks, cars, whatever come with this tranny and clutch setup or will I have to make it custom. I don't suppose it would be to hard to mount a slave cylinder to the bellhousing and make it push the throwout fork.

I believe Chevy offered a factory hydraulic clutch setup in some trucks, so you should be able to scavenge junkyard parts. There are some resources on the web I can research and see what I can come up with.

    Yeap

I've looked around on the web some and came up with 80's model trucks that had a hydraulic clutch setup. It also mentioned a change in the SM 465 input shaft in the mid 80's so I might have some problems there.
