    89 Jimmy brake help

    Hey guys,

Anybody have a good pic of the rear 9.5" drums, properly assembled with all the springs in place? Long story, but the upshot of it is to get it home the other day after the stepson drove it, I had to disassemble the drivers' side rear brake in order to get the e-brake to release. Now, before anybody jumps on me for driving with a badly malfunctioning brake system, it was only 150 feet down the street from the house, and I came immediately home in 1st gear.

I got new hardware in order to reassemble it, but don't want to pull the other side off if I don't absolutely have to.

I plan to, bo, but this was a bit unexpected & earlier than I thought I 'd need it.

It would be much appreciated, if you are able to. If not, I can alwasy pound the drum off the other side if I have to.

Thanks Crazi. I figured it was pretty typical for a drum brake setup, but with my luck, I'd run into one that was an oddball.... Was really looking for reassurance that wasnt' the case here.
